Becky Coltrain

Becky is a homeschooling mom of 5. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from KU in Applied Behavioral Sciences with an emphasis in Early Childhood Education. She has worked in all types of environments with children of all ages but her favorite is in the Montessori world. She earned a Montessori certificate in Primary and worked at a Catholic Montessori school for over three years. She left to be a stay-at-home mom when her first child was born. She is certified as a Catechist with Catechesis of the Good Shepherd (CGS) in Infant/ Toddler and Level 1 and has completed half of Level 2. She and a friend co-lead a homeschooling group for CGS that meets on Tuesday afternoons. It has been a dream of hers to start a Montessori hybrid and she is so thankful that the Lord is providing so beautifully for this endeavor!
